RINGRANK.LOL collects and retains only the information needed to operate and protect the leaderboard.

Information we use

RINGRANK.LOL does not create or host fighter profiles, photographs, biographies or sporting records. Fighter entries link to publicly available profiles hosted by external websites and social media platforms.

We may retain:

The submitted profile URL or social media handle.
The fighter’s ranking and confirmed payment total.
Payment references, amounts and status supplied by our payment provider.
Hashed technical identifiers used to count visits, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
Information voluntarily submitted through our contact or reporting channels.

We do not store full card details or sell personal information.

Payments and refunds

Payments purchase immediate promotional placement on the leaderboard and are processed by a third-party payment provider.

All confirmed payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Changes in ranking, traffic received or removal of an external profile do not create a right to a refund.

Retention and service providers

Leaderboard information is retained while an entry remains active. Payment records are retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Technical identifiers are deleted or rotated periodically.

Trusted payment, hosting, security and analytics providers may process limited information on our behalf.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or removal of your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting ringrank.lol@gmail.com.

We may request reasonable evidence that you are the person concerned or are authorised to act on their behalf. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies in your country.

Cookies

RINGRANK.LOL only uses the storage and identifiers necessary to operate, secure and measure the leaderboard. Consent will be requested before using non-essential advertising or tracking technologies.
